As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification data, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed only in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Dusk Fundholm – whether manual or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and are made at your own risk. Dusk Fundholm provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. We will inform you in good time (usually at least 14 days beforehand) by email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect is considered acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
